Meet the Founder

I’m Ahlaijha Adams, the heart behind Med Girl & Med Guy. My passion for healthcare comes from a place of empathy, compassion, and a desire to help others feel seen and supported. Working in healthcare has taught me how much a listening ear, a kind word, and a little patience can mean to someone.

My faith in GOD guides how I care for others and pursue my purpose. it remind me to lead with love, extend grace, and trust Him through every season. I created Med Girl & Med Guy to celebrate the people who give so much of themselves while brining their own personality to the care they provide.

At the heart of everything I do is simple hope: to encourage others, serve with kindness, and let my faith shine through my work.
